1. What types of beach products does Half Pint offer?

Half Pint specializes in essential beach accessories such as the top selling chairs, coolers, beach apparel, and towels. 

2. What is the return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 3. How do I return an item?

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you have any questions, you can always contact us at halfpintshoppe@gmail.com.

4. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please reach out to us at halfpintshoppe@gmail.com.

5. Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, certain items cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards. If you have any concerns about a specific item, please contact us for clarification.

6. Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. What is the European Union 14 day cooling off period?

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

8. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
